1. Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding French public holidays).
2. Domestic shipping (France)

4. Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once the order is dispatched.
5. Customs & duties
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties and import taxes may apply on arrival. They are the recipient's responsibility.
6. Lost or damaged parcels
