Return & Refund Policy

1. 14-day right of withdrawal

Under French and EU consumer law (Code de la consommation, art. L221-18 et seq.), you have 14 days from receipt of your order to withdraw without justification.

2. Conditions

  • Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original packaging.
  • Hygiene-sensitive items (worn underwear, sealed bras with broken seal) cannot be returned.
  • Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense, unless the product is defective.

3. Process

  1. Email support@yogalab.studio with your order number and a brief reason.
  2. We send you a return form and the return address.
  3. Send the parcel back tracked.
  4. Once received and inspected (5–7 business days), the refund is issued to the original payment method.

4. Defective or wrong items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a free return and a replacement or refund.

5. Refund timeline

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Bank processing can take 3–10 additional days.
